I've been away from Mastodon for a few days and I've missed seeing your posts...
My husband suffered a stroke on Monday, and ever since it's been a chaotic whirlwhindy mess. But the mess has been dramatically improving. I can't believe it's only been four days... it feels like a month.

I'm very sorry to hear that. Best wishes for his complete and swift recovery!

I had a minor stroke in 2017, and even though I recovered from all symptoms in a couple months (no sense of smell or taste, left side paralysis), I think it knocked me down mentally for well over a year. I did make it back!
