just saw a poorly translated manual call an extension cord a “line of prolonging” and I am totally using that now :P
there will be a video about this thing on @[email protected] for the curious :P

Cool!

Translated manuals are a lot of fun, sometimes. I had a Dodge Colt car for a while, manufactured by Mitsubishi. The repair manual emphasized that "The negative post of the battery must be connected to dirt." 🙂

I once used an Eprom programmer whose manual finished with the words "Have a good job."

Maybe you have to be from the UK to appreciate the innuendo in that?

@GroupNebula563

"Line of prolonging" has such a deep, Zen-like overtone that I can't get it out of my mind! I'll be using it, too!

@GroupNebula563 so bluetooth is the waves of prolongitude. traversing the ether of inbetweenness
