A three-year-old company operating out of a WeWork with reportedly fewer than five employees is being considered for up to $25 BILLION in nuclear energy funds from a trade deal Trump brokered with Japan. The company has never built a nuclear plant or completed a nuclear project of any kind. What does this company bring to the table? The father of its CEO donated $2 million+ to Trump and the GOP, and one of its advisors is a former RNC co-chair and Trump appointee. In this Administration, thatβs apparently all you need.
Exactly what I thought. The eventual outcome will probably be the same. Hopefully they don't get so far as to endanger people... Kinda weird to be hoping they only steal the money and run, but could be much worse!
Add EVERY Congressman and Senator FROM BOTH PARTIES. It took both parties in service to the oligarchs to bring us to this state.
Throw in the whole executive branch and the SCOTUS, to boot. Along with every billionaire and multimillionaire.
It's the only way to be sure.
That would subject a lot of folks to the sight of his everything, though, folks who hadn't signed up for something which would require them to scrub their eyeballs and brains with steel wool.
Strip him of everything, absolutely, but at least let the world be spared of that through proper use of a potato sack.
what the actual fuck is going on

@georgetakei don't feed into the narrative:
> Tariffs were a way for Trump to extort our trading partners
tariffs are import tax
US citizens and companys are paying it.
zero of it is paid for by the trading partner.
Despite this fact so obvious a lot of people incl. the large media outlets are reporting it similar to your toot: repeating the narrative of trump
@saxnot @georgetakei And even tariffs one way hurt bilateral trade.
So yeah, everyone is paying for Trump's corrupt tariffs, directly or indirectly.
