I have been posting about bottom surgery a fair bit recently. If anyone has any questions about my experience (even if it's literally just idle curiosity), feel free to ask. I have very little shyness about talking about it at this point

@LittleOwl it was on the 11th (8 days ago)

Recovery is a slow process, I'm actually literally dilating right now (which is a lot of discomfort, good thing I have fedi to distract me)

It is still pretty good, I'm seeing swelling and stuff slightly go down, which is helping aesthetics quite a bit. It feels very good overall

@ada not that much nausea, much more bloating

There was one day in the hospital where I got medium nausea in the afternoon, but I told a nurse and they gave me something and then I felt totally fine otherwise

@brie yayy congrats! I am curious about how it works longer term (so like. more about usage of new vagina in practice) so might ask you in a few months if it's okay.

Recovery is never quite as quick as one wants, I'm finding out (but it mostly isn't too bad)
