A user's laptop screen is very dim. However, the image becomes bright when the technician attaches an external monitor. What is the problem?

What would cause a central processing unit (CPU) to make only minor changes to the CPU internals that significantly improve performance and increase speed?

this is part of a thread btw. boost for sample size if you wish.

okay so i took the comptuah a+ core 1 exam and it was surprising in three ways:

  • it is not full of shitty poorly written questions
  • it has a much better (not good but much better) user interface
  • i passed it
  • as for the cpu one, it was actually multithreading. 100% of people got it right but i still feel like it's very awkwardly worded just to be more "um ackshually".
