Anyone with old Windows tech/fixing knowledge out there?

My very old PC won't start Windows anymore and it might be, indirectly, my fault... and I'm so upset.

I still have *some* hope that I can find a way to fix it but it's a boot or core Windows issue so I'm *not* confident.

For now, locked out >_<
