One thing that really surprised me when we moved to rural small-town southern Oregon was that there are so many options here for really *really* great coffee.

Noble is my currently-top-ranked, both for the beans and for the coffeeshop. The only place I've been where you have a choice of many varieties/roasts for the OTC to-go espresso, so you can get your chocolatey and berry-flavored, or your bright and citrusy, or your dark and smoky. @lemay I was just going to ask if they have a good decaf

Coffee shop near my work is very highly rated, but their decaf is kind of an afterthought. I gotta drive somewhere if I want a good cup in the middle of the day
