@ohmu I don't use a specific recipe. I use black beans, white beans, and kidney beans. I sometimes use long grain ir short grain rice. Sometimes, cooking rice in homemade vegetable stock or chicken broth. I sometimes make it plain rice and beans or I may add meat, and finely chopped veggies. The dish is so versatile. It's my comfort food.
