@Sdevore At least as contractors we can more easily say "No". I know contractors and consultants are often seen as mercenary-like or "gets paid to mess stuff up" group, but the non-union employees are even more so hostages to their regular paycheck and employer-provided healthcare. Their default is even further toward doing anything their employer tells them to to avoid getting fired. 🤷
