IXP: Building Drupal's Future Talent

The IXP Program connects talented newcomers with Drupal organizations, creating pathways for both professional growth and community sustainability. By incentivizing companies to hire and mentor inexperienced developers, we're addressing one of our community's biggest challenges – the gap between learning Drupal and landing that crucial first job. Inspired by traditional apprenticeship models that have built skilled trades for generations, the IXP provides structured support, including at least one hour of mentorship for every ten hours worked.
