Alma Larsdotter ZweygbergOne of my most honest #PhDLife moments lately was my defeated “but it doesn’t FEEL like it’s going well” response to a compliment from one of my supervisors on my progress.
The more meme way to put it is that I truly doubt if the process knows I’m trusting it.
Anyway I’m going to grab lunch, take a deep breath and, in the wise words of another supervisor, “aim for least viable product at this point, and not overthink it”.
Everything goes through so many iterations anyway, so “enough to understand what I’m getting at“ beats “well thought through” at this stage.
And yes, I meant "minimally viable product" but it was before lunch brain!
