"Most people are not aware of why Roblox finds it necessary to spend substantial amounts to acquire anti-tamper companies and finance a whole team to develop anti-tamper and anti-cheat solutions. Companies are not undertaking these actions because they have spare money lying around. I would argue it is safe to assume that the damage caused by cheating far exceeds the cost of developing and implementing preventive measures; otherwise, such investments would not be made."

Only the Byfron police state can make money oof our misery.
I'll concede and say that Bitdancer described his ongoing communication with hardcore free-software people as 'extremely civil' despite the loss. He's doing the best he can to mitigate the situation with the business priorities he has in mind. However, I will continue to produce rhetoric against the Byfron police state because Rōblox enforce other anti-features (e.g. ID verif**kation) which might corrupt an otherwise truly capitalistic Rōblox.

Another thing:

I don't have any ethical concerns against capitalism as a system (the US isn't necessarily a corporate-run autocracy).

Rōblox don't have a legislature; they have the TOS.

Rōblox DO have an executive branch in the form of Hyperion, et al.

Rōblox's judiciary is their abhorrent moderation.

If Rōblox adapted US law, 90% of what they're doing will be unconstitutional.

Addendumb: if Rōblox adapted US law, there would be a legal concepts such as habeas corpus.

Rōblox trial judges will appoint a jury of your peers and stuff.

And there won't be so many Account Terminateds.
