Yes, if you're a Premium member and use the Uploads feature, Overcast won't transcribe those server-side, but you can transcribe those on-demand on your iPhone.
thisisamatthew@marcoarment this will present me with the funniest outcome to my "web article clipped to markdown -> AI TTS mp3 script -> upload to overcast" workflow bc now I will able to then read the AI transcription of the AI created audio file that was originally text on the web 😅
