As of this morning I am 33% of the way through Project Hail Mary. Houston, we have a problem. All momentum has stalled—I burned too hot and too fast on launch. I am adrift.
38% of the way through Project Hail Mary. 3 nights left. The whole crew is feeling the weight of the expectations placed upon us and the impossibility of our task. Falling apart mentally, physically, and spiritually. Our hope is being sucked out of our lungs by the cold vacuum of space. We are not who we thought we were, and we are not who everyone needed us to be.
