Failed a captcha over 5 times today.
Years ago I got my gran a netbook, and one of her tech support questions was about captchas. I asked what she'd tried and she said she'd typed in "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME" but hadn't had a reply back. Honestly if there'd been a text box I would've done the same today.
Anyway she was the sweetest. She used to think Amazon hand-picked her book recommendations and was really pleased to get their emails. I miss her every day.

Would it not be awesome if this (concierge-level book recommendations) was a real thing?
Way back when I worked for an internet startup called ComputerLiteracy.com ... then rebranded to Fatbrain.com. We had this guy Roman who would write book reviews that were master craft-level. He's the guy we'd go to for advice on book recommendations. I miss him. Everyone needs a Roman.
