"He could go out & hire the best software coder in the world, but he'd rather hire a great software coder who also did stand-up comedy, wrote his own music, baked cakes, did calligraphy," says VP Andy Miller. Only an engineer like that "could inject everything he's doing with some kind of culture, & design, & art."
