Anyone can call to negotiation as much as they want, the reality is that Russia does not negotiate in good faith.

It only intensifies bombing of Ukrainian cities, and sending “signals” by bombing civilian infrastructure exactly during the negotiations.

If politician does not see it, he is either stupid or affiliated with Russia and acting in it’s interest.
