Custom campaigns would be huuuuge for BG3. I don’t find a lot of joy in just playing it with new choices, so this adds a ton of opportunity for replaying it. It’d be awesome to see it turn into a game engine for homebrewed campaigns and such.

I think I remember an article talking about how the devs aren’t allowed to actually give modders the proper tools, because Wizards of the Coast doesn’t give a shit about their customers, but would rather burn the entire industry down if it meant turning a slight profit.
