Bit of rough reflection... I pledged to take on a lot of extra charity/volunteer work since 2025, to try and counter the shitstorm of trump v2 era.

I've been spread thin working for different groups in tandem, and questioning if I'm making a difference, trying to funnel $ while everyone is already tight for cash.

Meanwhile evil assholes wipe out years of progress (and thousands of lives) with the push of a button/order.

Not giving up, but it's never enough. Is my energy misdirected?

Started tearing up playing Pokopia last night. I wish I could make things nice and warm for people in the real world the way I can in this game.

I wish people in power had the same drive.

@tkwolf I volunteered to foster 100 tree saplings in my garden this year. They’ll be used for reforestation once they grow up enough. We all do what we can.

(By the way, if you want to come over and help me put ~50 more saplings into pots, please help me oh god what have I done)
