As a cis woman for whom this popped up in Top Six Hours, I have a couple comments.

In my area weād use āIāveā differently, like weād say āI have a new dress and Iām so happy Iāve been striking Jojo poses in it.ā So Iām just wondering what part of the world you are going around looking glorious in.
As for 3, in my part of the world (Canada) we only contract āI haveā into āIāveā when the āhaveā is grammatical. So āIāve been thinkingā, āIāve seen you beforeā, and āIāve got that at homeā. But when itās the main verb we usually donāt contract it, so āI have a new dressā, āI have to go to courtā, āI have something to sayā, etc.
Itās understandable, though, and Iāve probably even seen it in poetry or lyrics, but it isnāt typical.
Oh, and itās not impossible to use a structure like āIāve not seen itā, but again it has a very formal and dramatic feeling, whereas āI havenāt see itā feels much more natural to me.

DomiIrish people use the contraction when the āhaveā is possessive. āIāve a new dressā is a perfectly usual thing to say in Ireland.
