The first one is Jolyene, and the other two are familiar, but i can’t remember who. Is the last one Josuke?
Jonathan and Joseph, in that order šŸ˜‹šŸ˜‹
Ahh, i always forget about parts 1 and 2! I guess it’s too late to rewatch them before tomorrow.
Mad rizz šŸ”„
Just a tiny bit, I have my moments
You’re so beautiful!
That means a lot, thank you

I was like wait is that a JoJo pose? And then I saw #jojopose.

Awesome!

Yes!! 😌 step one: pose, step two: convince my gf to watch it with me
just start them on Steel Ball Run and when they inevitably realize it’s peak you can be like ā€œwell it’s an alternate universe but if you liked that there’s a ton moreā€
that is a good plan and maybe I can take advantage of our pizza date tonight and give her a little intro
I rarely get envy just because of how happy I am with myself but man, I have never found a dress that would me even remotely as well as this does you ;-;
You’re really sweet! I got lucky with this one, but I’m sure you’ll find yours too šŸ«°šŸ¼
You can never go wrong with a little black dress, but the boots are a killer combo move. You look beautiful.
Thank you, I felt really good in this outfit, I found the boots this morning at the very back of my closet

As a cis woman for whom this popped up in Top Six Hours, I have a couple comments.

  • That’s a great dress! Mind telling the label?

  • And you look great in it! Love the whole vibe.

  • In my area we’d use ā€œI’veā€ differently, like we’d say ā€œI have a new dress and I’m so happy I’ve been striking Jojo poses in it.ā€ So I’m just wondering what part of the world you are going around looking glorious in.

  • The dress is from Torrid, I found it at a thrift store.
  • Thank you, I really loved today’s outfit too.
  • I’m Mexican, English isn’t my first language, so I might have gotten that contraction a bit off šŸ¤”
  • As for 3, in my part of the world (Canada) we only contract ā€œI haveā€ into ā€œI’veā€ when the ā€œhaveā€ is grammatical. So ā€œI’ve been thinkingā€, ā€œI’ve seen you beforeā€, and ā€œI’ve got that at homeā€. But when it’s the main verb we usually don’t contract it, so ā€œI have a new dressā€, ā€œI have to go to courtā€, ā€œI have something to sayā€, etc.

It’s understandable, though, and I’ve probably even seen it in poetry or lyrics, but it isn’t typical.

Oh, and it’s not impossible to use a structure like ā€œI’ve not seen itā€, but again it has a very formal and dramatic feeling, whereas ā€œI haven’t see itā€ feels much more natural to me.

    Hot dress šŸ˜‰

Irish people use the contraction when the ā€œhaveā€ is possessive. ā€œI’ve a new dressā€ is a perfectly usual thing to say in Ireland.
That’s really interesting, I really like learning about languages and those kinds of differences. And thank you for the compliment on the dress!
That tracks, because the place I’ve seen a lot of it ( 've ) was in the English subtitles for El Ministerio Del Tiempo, translating from Spanish. Fun show btw.
