You have, unknowingly, rebuilt gods that think like today's billionaires. Conservatives who unjustifiably believe they are doing no harm by exercising their power through "straightforward" rules: do no harm unto others, or whatever rules they think are harmless. Go ask a billionaire if they think they're harmful.
