Unfortunately, quite a lot of people disagreed. Repeatedly.
Maybe it’s worth another shot. We just have to keep trying

it’s worth another shot.

GUNS. DON’T. SOLVE. PROBLEMS.

;-)

“What was that? MORE guns?”
Maybe we should try bigger guns.
If you end up murdering your own arch duke, I want no part of it!
“Has anybody ever noticed this powder keg might really like to explode? Again?”
Great idea! Since majority of people there are Slavic people, we could call it like Slavakia or Slovakia or something
That name sounds familiar from my childhood; has it been used before? We should probably Czech.
Which river specifically do OP mean on the west? I mean Carpathians and Donau, sure, but other than that I really don’t see it

I feel like I’m missing the joke. Would someone kindly explain it without being an a-hole about it?
It’s a historical boundary of the Hungarian empire which has occupied and lost much of this territory a few times
ohhhhh i thought it had to do with vampires because i think it has wallachia in there
No Wallachia is on the other side of the Carpathians, from the circled parts Transylvania and Partium are parts of Romania at the moment. Wallachia was occupied by Hungary for a very little time in the middle ages, and lastly in 1918 for some months: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treaty_of_Bucharest_(1918), quickly overturned in the Hungarian Romanian war of 1919: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hungarian–Romanian_War
Treaty of Bucharest (1918) - Wikipedia

A couple decades ago I read a book that made me want to go visit Târgoviște and Bucharest and i am told they are lovely.
There used to be a country roughly that shape but it was politically unstable and started world war 1.
Austria-Hungary was a LOT bigger than just the Carpathian Basin. Though that was part of it.
For example it included Austria.
For a start
Then the front fell off?
Actually the problem was the front stayed mostly stable while the mountain rivers ran red with the blood of slave soldiers
Yeah it’s a stretch. Maybe I’m wrong.
All I can think seeing this is “EU4 Hungary”.
Why does Hungary the ,hungarieat of countries, not simply eat it’s neighbours?
Perhaps they’re saving that for sweeps
It sounds like it’s time for the Holy Roman Empire to make a comeback tour.

?

It’s a reference to Greater Hungary. It sounds like you’re confusing the HRE and Austro-Hungarian Empire.
