So in a Switch 2 group. All these people get up in arms when an LGBTQ/queer/trans person has posted about their groups or looking for members of the community to play with. Someone just posted about a Christian gaming discord and everyone’s all bless you, praise be, this is awesome. Gag. Fuck all the way off with that stuff.
Well this is a take: it’s the Christian’s that need safety gaming together. They’re persecuted all over the world. I have it backwards. LGBTQ people don’t need safety gaming together. What am I talking about? It’s not as if I say I’m trans and I literally have people online telling me to off myself, etc. wow that is a take. The belief that is most in power, passing laws against the LGBTQ people is in fact the victims here.

@Melezioh ROFL What a rancid take on their part. Christians almost always default to feeling like victims; they always cause more harm to the LGBTQ, minorities, and children than suffering real harm. The reason why they want a 'safe space' is to peddle their ideas without having sane, rational takes to disrupt that sermon and blatant hate speech dressed up to appear decent.

Christians are often the biggest pearl-clutching bullies that I've ever known in my life to be honest.

It's rare that I meet a good egg Christian to be honest and that says a lot about the structure of their belief system.

@Melezioh
Having grown up in the deepest depths of Christianity - they're told that they're extremely persecuted and have cherry-picked stories where something bad happens to Christians in other countries. Just don't ask what lead up to the bad things.
And since they're discouraged from getting an outside perspective because Satan will snatch them up, they don't get to know what reality is.
