Listening to #CNBC discuss US real estate this morning around the topic of claiming "depreciating value".
A "wealthy person" asked why US citizens don't receive this benefit but corporate does? Why not just give this deduction to everyone?

The simple answer is that most people take the standard deduction because they don't make enough income to itemize deductions that would allow for the "depreciating value" claim, reserved for wealthy corporate billionaires.

The sad truth is devastating. While Republicans were busy building walls to isolate themselves in their exposure disorders, the United States has neglected the outdated laws and function that would balance tax and revenue in uniformity and harmony with all citizens. Lucrative tax benefits are given to corporate charlatans with no structure in oath. The Pedophile Protectors are a favored class of #tax cows.
