What the hell is this supposed to be? I am so glad that I created user accounts with most of the services I need ages ago. I have no idea how new people are supposed to start using the net when they're faced with this.

The "audio puzzle" isn't any better. It says "Press Play to listen to the options. Which option contains the sound of bees or a person talking, but not both? Enter the number of your answer below, then press Enter or the Done button below."
Option 1 did not load correctly and had no audio at all
Option 2 contained both bees and someone talking
Option 3 had audio that sounded like a one-man band falling down an incredibly long staircase
Both of the options that did load were painful to listen to
And I have to do 10 of these!
