I thought last week you found that by going to bed at a 'normal ' time you slept well?

@elliek that was short lived and did not work when you spend hours laying awake and had to get up and do something to tire many hours later.. sleep is at about 7-8 am these days
.. nose is driving me crazy with sneezing attached and had alot of excessive air in body last night as well .guess is not have pork and beans and then some gingerale later ...
