Mmmm. I can almost taste that. Needs a splash of hoisen or the vinegar sauce.

I made peanut butter sauce with hoisen sauce in it :) And there was some sweet and sour classic nem sauce as well. I tried one more variation of vinegar / nuoc mam but it was still not hitting right.
