heh, got a marketing email from RevenueCat for some courses they have. One is "How to make an app people will pay for". Sounds somewhat pointless? You make the app nice enough so that people are willing to pay for it. It should solve a problem they have, be suitably priced and that's basically it.

@sashag For apps I think it's easier to list a set of "do not do this" rather than "do this".
@chakie Yes! And an app acts way closer to the user. Notifications, access to data, always on etc.
So it’s easy to be annoying or implement dark UI patterns.
