After I reply to people I'm going to meditate so I'll be gone again for over an hour. Without meditation there is no hope. Legit. For me. When an athlete says things like I say people say right on you got to have that kind of tough attitude. I get blocked by some people for that. I am an athlete.

The last #athletic endeavor is actually pertinent. I'm a retired #bicycle #racer. An amateur. I only raced for a handful of years. I made #Category 3 at the #velodrome at the age of 57 beating thirty-somes. #JBMV
