Oh god no. You can call ebay? 🤣 I've been so far removed from eBay since they forced PayPal, I don't even kno... it's just foreign to me.
This was T-Mobile, and for the most part over the last 12+ years, I've sung their praises. Not tonight (obviously lol)
@juliewebgirl Ebay will let your phone ring once I hear and then hang up. Up to you to call them back straightaway. All these big companies ate basically the same these days. AI, otherwise you are woke!

From my experience, they are just like Amazon support and hang up if you swear at them.
Tonight, I swore at it and it hung up. Politely, but there was no option to stop it.
At one point, I confused it and it sent me to a human, though it was after hours so there was no human. Something I would expect it to know.
