The politicians are finally learning?

@phocks it's really bad for the country overall too. If you had money to invest, would you put it into a friend who had an idea for a small business, or a factory so they can improve their hardware? Or just buy a house? I know which I'd pick. Result, zero productivity increase.
I'm amazed the political class has let this go on so long, because the electorate is filled with the white hot rage of a thousand suns and is about to unload it all, but my expectations for the upcoming budget are still extremely low.
