Canada, Norway agree to boost sovereign technology, AI co-operation

The Canadian and Norwegian governments have issued a joint statement on sovereign technology and AI cooperation, following a meeting at the Indian AI Action Summit in February. They have committed to examining Norway's participation in the Sovereign Technology Alliance to strengthen coordination with partners and boost sovereign AI capacity. They will also look to increase co-operation on advanced technologies.
