Brandon city council hoping to borrow $6M for new outdoor aquatic facility
Brandon city council is testing the waters on a $6-million loan for a new outdoor aquatic centre. The only outdoor pool in the Wheat City, the Kinsmen Centennial pool in the east end, is more than 50 years old.
