Yearly reminder to go to the dentist for a check and cleanup 
(or every 6 months if you experience frequent issues, but once per year is a minimum please, don't wait to need to get teeth devitalized in emergency due to advanced cavities)

It’s quite nice that my NHS dentist has a policy that you need to attend your appointment or you lose access, and that’s a good motivator for me
(Not actually that strict but I keep pretending it is)
