The #SaveAct will have the most effect when it passes at the last possible moment, giving people the least time to deal with it.
When a Democrat says it shall not pass, what they mean is 'I sure hope it doesn't pass, because I have no power to do anything to stop it.'
When a Republican says it shall not pass, they mean 'yet.'
I predict just enough Republicans will 'fold' just in time. I hope I'm wrong.
