What sites out there like Tumblr do you enjoy? Places that are more fandom and creativity focused than anything else. ActivityPub compatibility is cool but not a deal breaker for me. I already know Pillowfort.

@spillingdown Dreamwidth is also long form posting with lots of fandom activity, though I could see why some wouldn't consider it "like Tumblr", it sure has a different feel.

@LeGaosaure I was not able to really stick to Dreamwidth  I like it but I don't like posting in it. Somehow I seem to mess up my text formatting every time, so anything text heavy I'd rather just post on my website's blog. I do really enjoy it for the way it's used for events though, as a hub for info or as the place to participate.

I'm unfortunately more of a pictures artist than a writer and I don't have a lot of fun doing that on DW :(

@spillingdown Valid, not every website can be a good fit for everyone! At least you got to try and know how you *personally* feel about this one! =)
