ok I know this is probably a long shot, but does anyone out there use #Visible (Verizon MVNO) with an imported smartphone? I'm tempted by the Honor Magic8 Pro Air or similar phones that do offer good network band coverage in the States (barring 5G UWB which I don't care about), but verifying that shit will actually work as intended is the hard part...
I've seen some folks say their Xiaomi's work fine, which is an Option (TM), but I wanna give Honor or Oppo/Vivo a go first.
From a basic bitch network band support, everything I'm looking at has Verizon bands covered (if anything their network is the most compatible) so it just depends on if Visible/Verizon don't complain that I'm using an imported phone...
I'd rather not hop to a different MVNO but I'll still do it.
ok so from what little I've gathered, folks have been able to get at least Xiaomi devices onto Verizon's network, and those also have the best band compatibility for T-Mobile as well, so if I'm unsure about getting an Oppo, Vivo, or Honor working I'll just default to a Xiaomi 17 or something.
Would still rather snag an Honor Magic8 Pro Air, or a Vivo X300 or something along those lines.
