@gimulnautti the only value of #NuclearWarfare is #deterrence and #possession.

  • Offensive useage would negate that effect.
    • Anythingbelse is just interior propaganda (#NorthKorea) or fearmongering (#Russia) out of a position of weakness (Again: North Korea & Russia)…
