I've not studied much AI but I've studied human antomy, art, and old fashioned technical drawing (all in pencil, with real paper and rulers etc.)

The other circled hand has five. The part labelled as a sixth is mostly covered by the mark, but in images where it's visible it is clearly part of his hand.
I could replicate his angle, but not the stage lighting. He has a bright light in front of him. This means unusual parts of his hand get brightly lit. In most lighting the lower edge of someone's hand is in a shaddow.
FarhadI watched it several times, the only 6th "finger" is completely obscured by the markup, in the other versions it does look weird, but it looks weird because of the lighting.
The hand is about as thick as a finger, the bright light on the lower edge looks like a 6th finger.
We don't see objects, we see light. Being lit from the front makes the edge of his hand look like a finger. Normally that would be a dark shaddow from his finger.
