I grew out of my #SM58 and need something more adjusted to my voice and singing style. I have to do extreme #EQ on the SM58 to get it to sound right for me. I sing close to the grille (metal drummer in the band). I run some #distortion on the vox live.
So, mic designed with a prominent bass cut, little proximity effect, tight pickup pattern. Anything else in similar price range that I should check out?
