@lyrx okay. And unlike your opinion those pups all hanging out with furs together at the furmeet and no one has any issues 🙂 everyone is enjoying their time together no matter is you are wearing a hood, furhead, mx helmet, full suit or protogen mask
To be more precise — my concern is specifically public space. Furmeet is fine, consensual context exists. Street, parade, public event — different situation entirely
Korr 🐾@lyrx @riotphotos every furry convention I've gone to has had people wearing pup hoods and such. I understand the fetish concern, but it's not inappropriate for public wear. I've seen pup hoods at pride events, furry conventions, YouTube videos, TikTok, you name it, and it's always been in a positive light. While there is a fetish aspect to it (the same can be said for fursuits depending on who you ask), I don't believe it's inherently fetish material if presented in a SFW manner.
