mossman@SarraceniaWilds we bought this little guy to slip into the mini laptop bag we got for our netbook in 2010. Even the cable is tiny! Actually very ergonomic since you can easily hold it between thumb and third finger with two fingers resting on the buttons. Pictured for scale next to my regular (also small) wireless mouse and under my ugly mitt.
@SarraceniaWilds My phone's default lens is obviously quite a wide angle - that picture of the netbook mouse in front of the Bluetooth mouse makes it look much larger than it really is...
Just measured - it's 6 x 4.5 x 1cm - so like the pink mouse in the first post but slimmer.
