Nice! The folders make a great addition!

Can I suggest one block? I would like a simple „title“ block. Just one line of text, like the Core block but smaller.

Is there a reason for excalidraw vs drawio? I currently use drawio, as I found it more capable than excalidraw.

thanks, if it helps, you can double click on the lines connecting blocks you can enter text to make it like a tag on connections :
