it cant require a lawyer or a judge or a legislator to identify a public act of treason
any member of the public is bound to know the laws and thus be able to identify the act taken publicly as a crime
if ignorance of the law is no defense at law, a person must logically know each and every one, for the one unknown might pertain in any arbitrary situation
this is why i hate lawyers. because none of them could pass logic 101
they get two steps into an argument and pull a left turn into corruption by selective prosecution, plea bargains, overcharging, arbitrary and capricious judgements, you name it..
what 99.99998% of lawyers really do is protect the moneyed class.
