@unwatched Your app is so fantastic. I only recently discovered it and it’s transformed how I use YouTube.

Not only can I only see what I want and discard the rest thus reducing noise, but I also no liner feel like I have to watch an entire video for the sake of the algorithm or like videos.

I think we’ve been trained like Pavlovs dog to “like and subscribe!” when watching.

Unwatched focuses on watching what you enjoy and makes you realise what channels you’re really interested in.

@unwatched Is there the possibility you could add the option of seeing more than just a handful of videos on a subscribed channel?

For example I’ll open a subscription and look for a video from 2 years ago, but I can’t do that in Unwatched. It only shows me the last 17 videos on the channel.

Thanks

@dfgomes YouTube only provides the 15 most recent videos in its RSS feed, which stay in the app once loaded. You can view all videos via the in-App browser and add them manually from the video page or by long-pressing a video. The subscription page has a little YouTube icon that takes you there as well.
@unwatched Love what you’re doing with the Safari extension, but it acts wonky for me. Videos don't appear to be added and then multiple of the added video appear. Also it seems like one I've added from Safari gets kinda stuck and will continue playing in the background without a video window I can find. Just me?
@mcg on which platform/OS version?
@unwatched macOS. 1.8.3 and 1.8.5(testflight).
@mcg thanks, I‘ll take a closer look. macOS 26?
