It’s a construction error. That’s a tall mixer for above counter basins lol. Some plumber put this on and went not my job laughed and walked away. As much as architects and designers are useless cunts I doubt this on them.
Most likely the customer or some random person adjusted the valves. A job like this wouldn’t be signed off on, even a bad plumber wouldn’t do this… fucking lol.
