Random #infosec / #cyber warfare thought: what's to stop a large US adversary from providing Iran with cyber attack capabilities/exploits, provided that Iran take the blame if/when they use it? Seems like a situation ripe for Putin to take advantage of Iran as a heel state. Is there a name for this strategy in warfare?
