The Touch ID button on my 2024 iPad Air M2 cracked somehow (I didn't drop it, must have been in my bag) which means fingerprint scanning doesn't work. Fixing it with Apple means a full replacement, so AU$879. Going to see if a third party place can perhaps fix it.
