I don’t think they are all made up. I think there’s truth in some and that they are laced with crazy bullshit so people ignore them.
It seems increasingly to me that the screeching about them is projection by the ones perpetrating them. For example, there is a conspiracy to create a “New World Order,” and it’s shit like this and this.

My insane theory is that the plan was to make the conspiracy so ridiculous (satanists rituals, adrenochrome etc) that no one will take it seriously and if someone raises an actual evidence, will be just labeled a lunatic or “libtard" trying to defend Hilary by staining “trump’s good name”

So yeah. Also, Moot was introduced to Epstein by Bill Gate’s longtime assistant or some such. I forget exactly what position the guy held, but yeah, he worked for Gates as what was basically a personal assistant.
