This very famous under-the-bridge water is known as the "Eisbachwelle", on the Eisbach River in the English Gardens, Munich, Germany. It's renowned as a surfing spot [!], but is TEMPORARILY closed to repair the damage after some dredging recently destroyed the surfable waves.
